Essentially yes. This kit includes a "base" pole, and then two "head" poles. One head pole has the pruner attachment, and one has the saw head attachment. Both heads are pretty much fixed in place, so the idea is you just swap out the head pole to alternate between the pruner and saw attachments as desired.
