Hi Will,

I would recommend looking at a simple 1/8" copper stop, or an aluminum stop. I will post links below. Both are weather-resistant, but not the same as stainless. But, if you want to install a steel stop/button then you will need special tools. Copper and aluminum sleeves can be installed with regular hand swager tools.
