The shortest answer is yes, any chain can be cut. With security chain, most are wondering if chain is "bolt cutter proof"? We will never be able to test EVERY bolt cutter out there, so we're hesitant to make that claim. What we do know is that smaller chain is defeated much more easily than larger chain. The 7mm size is great for being lightweight and easy to transport, but for true security, we recommend 10mm and larger.
