Yes, this kit comes with a 6ft length of security chain and a the #PW-4126 padlock, read for use with 3 keys. The option for "Keyed Different" or "Keyed Alike" is for those that want to buy multiple chain and lock sets, and they want all padlocks to take the same key. It is not applicable if you plan to buy just one lock/kit.
