Yes, you can use Grade 120 (or Grade 100 for that matter) for both lifting and load securement. There are different rules for both applications so just make sure you're adhering to them. For example, chain used for overhead lifting must have a load tag with Size, Working Load Limit, Length, etc. They must also be inspected at regular intervals by a qualified person.
