Carabiners like this are generally not rated with a Working Load Limit (WLL), but rather a Breaking Strength, which in this case is 5,620 lbs. The desired WLL is set by the user, and often with carabiners, a safety factor of 10:1 is desired. That means simply taking 10% of the Breaking Strength, which would be 562 lbs. But, if used in a non-climbing, non-critical application, the user may decide to set a lower safety factor, such as 5:1. Such decisions should be made by a qualified person.
