It is the correct mount for the Stihl MS291, but you should know that Stihl recommends guide bar lengths from 16" to 20" and with .325" saw chain. If you were to go with this setup, you would also need to change the drive sprocket to match the 3/8" chain. Please note the added length and aggressiveness of the 3/8" chain could cause power issues.
