Hi Steve,
We would recommend the 1/2" size. A 25,000 lbs winch is pretty beefy, and our 3/8" Ultrex has a Breaking Strength of only 20,000 lbs. You want to make sure your cable/rope is equal to or greater than your winch capacity. You can view the 1/2" x 75ft Ultrex Winch Line here.
