Yes, this block should work fine for the 3/8" Super Swaged cable. For most xxxx blocks you can fit a range of sizes (albeit a small range) and not just one size of cable.
The product page states a wire size of 3/8" - 1/2" while the xxxx block summary sheet states the wire size for this block (BLK4.1/2HK) is 1/2". Could you confirm if this block can be used for the 3/8" super swaged wire ( SKU: WRSWG038G). 4-1/2" Snatch Block w/ Hook - 4 Ton WLL
