Unfortunately the ring and sleeve type sliders are only available in standard "Midget" sizes. However, you should be able to run them along with your Micro Midget chokers. For example, a 3/8" choker generally uses a Micro Midget choker hook, but the nub receptacle on a Midget and Micro Midget are the same; there is only one 3/8" nub size, and it works on both hooks.
