The limiting factor here would be the cable. Standard 6x19 class cable in 7/8" diameter has a Breaking Strength of 79,600 lbs. The tail chain you're asking about, #1091511, has a Working Load Limit of 34,200 lbs, with a safety factor of 3.5:1 (34200 * 3.5 = 119,700). It is not recommended to pull anywhere near the Breaking Strength of either item, one should always leave a safety factor of at least 2:1, more is preferable in terms of safety.
