The attached image should server as a good point of reference to help determine the size of sleeve you will need. Here are some "general" although not "absolute" guidelines.
7mm = CS112W or PW-SLV001
10 and 11 mm = CS212W or PW-SLV002
12 and 13 mm = CS312W or PW-SLV002
