We certainly do build chains to order, but for what you're requesting, we'd recommend looking at the chain slings linked here. It would give you adjustability on all four legs for maximum versatility.
Can these chains be modified to a shorter length on the middle two chains or be specially made to order? 3/8" x 15 ft Type QOS 4-Leg Grade 100 Chain Sling - 22900 lbs WLL
