It likely will not fit out of the box, since the smallest wire rope it's designed for is 1/4". You may need to modify it to make it work properly by adding some sort of shim.
Will this headache ball work with a 5/32 wire rope rated for 2000 lbs? Thern 10 lbs Headache Ball for 1/4" - 3/8" Wire Rope
