This chafe sleeve will certainly fit over the 3/16" line, yes, but it will likely seem a little loose and oversized. This may not matter, unless you plan to spool the line with the chafe sleeve installed.
Will this work with 3/16" synthetic winch line? 1-1/8" Nylon Chafe Sleeve
