The overall width of this chain is measured at approximately 1.67". Comparatively, the 10mm #11696 measures approximately 1.43". Please be aware we also have a galvanized version of the 3012, 12mm #56847, that is the same dimensionally, yet has a galvanized finish to resist corrosion.
