The manufacturer has stated that the recommended installation depth is 5ft (approximately) so that only the eye and a few inches of cable are exposed. For soil capacities, please see the attachment.
What are the proper depths to anchor based on the ASTM D-2487/2488 soil classes 1 thru 5? Also what is the WLL for each soil class? Duckbill 138-DB1 5/16" x 5 ft Earth Anchor - 5000 lbs Capacity
