The short answer is not really. While many Grade 80 and Grade 100 chains do ship with a painted or lacquered finish, the truth is these finishes do not hold up well to regular use. Most of the lifting-grade chain slings we inspect and repair come back to us with plenty of surface rust. But for most applications this is acceptable.
