We do not have a 12 Ton block designed to work with 7/16" wire rope. The problem with using undersized wire rope in an oversized block is the wire rope is not supported by the sidewalls of the sheave, which means under load the wire rope will start to flatten and wear prematurely. Additionally, we are not aware of a 7/16" wire rope than can/should be used anywhere near 12 Tons. Perhaps you have an engineered system with multiple parts of line distributing the load.
