Since there are all different sized drums, they need to order by drum diameter and capacity needed.
A typical steel drum is 55 gallons and has a diameter of 24. We do have other sizes below. The drum size in gallons is ONLY a reference to some drum sizes that are available out in the industry. It appears a 30 gallon drum MAY have a 19 diameter, but they would have to verify that.
Also, a drum sling will only work if there is some kind of lip for the drum to catch on the sling. Otherwise, the drum could slip right thru the belly band.
