ERB, the manufacturer, said the following:
"This item was made for ERB style hats and we do not know if it will work with the Radians hats or not as all approved testing has only been done on ERB hats."
Will this work with "Radians" hard hats? They do have accessory slots. ERB E14 Ear Muff & Face Shield Kit - NRR 28 dB
