We pulled one off the shelf and measured about 14" eye to eye, in the closed position. This makes sense since the barrel length is about 10".
What is the length from eye - eye (I don't care about the hooks)? Durabilt 5/16" - 3/8" Pro-Bind Ratchet Binder Body Only - 8800 lbs WLL
