I was wondering what the ratio is on the WLL of this eye hook. The cable is rated at 20,400 pounds but the hook say 3 Ton WLL.

The difference is the cable rating shown is its Breaking Strength, while the hook is rated by Working Load Limit. There is a 5:1 safety factor standing behind the hook, so in the end, its Breaking Strength is substantially higher than the cable itself.
