Most typically it is choked, which is why one D-Ring is smaller than the other. You can, however, use this in a "basket" setup, where it's not choked, and you're connected to both D-Rings.
What are the recommended ways to properly use this product? Does it have to be choke position only? FallTech 6 ft Pass-thru Cable Anchor
