I bought the #1 3/4" max, Wire Rope Cutter, and every time that we cut a cable 3/16 or 1/8", the cutter piston gets stacked to be bottom and is very hard and time consuming to pull it back.Any Suggestion, is the Marse defective?, Morse-Starrett #1 Impact Wire Rope Cutter - 3/4" Max Cut
