Not with this chain, no, but you may want to check out the Abus chain and lock combo (available in three different lengths). It allows this functionality because one end link is elongated.
Is it possible to slip one end link through the other? I have a lock with a fairly narrow shackle opening, so I will need to be able to attach it to only one link. Pewag 1/2" (12mm) Galvanized Square Security Chain
