Bend radius is a tough one because it's largely based on the recommended sheave size, which is almost always larger than customers plan to use, or is practical in application. For example, for regular 6x19 7/16" cable, the recommended sheave size is 10.50" which yields a bend radius of 5.25". We don't have the same chart/data for swaged cable, but because it is stiffer, we would recommend going up one size from regular 6x19 3/8" (9" and 4.50" respectively). Doing so would put you right back at the 7/16" specs previously listed.
