We are open M-F from 8am - 5:30pm Pacific. Assuming you called during those hours, you should certainly be able to get one of us on the phone. Of course it's possible we had a glitch in our phones, but we are staffed during our open hours.
The chain you want can be ordered here. Simply enter a quantity of '20' and then add the lock to your cart separately.
