There was indeed a change to this cart, which is why it's not orderable on our site at the moment. It used to be one package, but they have since made the plate a separate piece. I know there were some availability issues from the mfg., but I believe those have been worked out. When we receive new stock we will update the listing on our site. If you wish to place the order offline for the time being, we can do that as well, just call us @ 503-399-7037.
