According to the mfg., the Hot Dipped Galvanized finish is between 43 and 53 Microns.The largest shackle you can use would be 1/2".
What is the micron thickness of the galvanized dip for your 3/8 inch G43 hot dipped galvanized chain? I plan to use this product to moor a buoy. Also, what is the largest shackle thickness this chain can accept mid length? Peerless USA 3/8" Grade 43 Galvanized Chain - 5400 lbs WLL
