That should be the 15T latch from the 471784 latch replacement kit. You can no longer buy just the spring by itself, but you can buy the repair kit without the latch (cheaper than buying the whole kit wtih the latch). That part number is 472397, and it's currently on backorder. You can see more information at this link.
