Really a respirator like this should be fit-tested, which can only be done locally by a qualified professional. We realize that may not be practical for everyone, but it is what the manufacturer suggests. We can tell you that most women wear a small or medium, and most men wear a large. But that is a very general statement based on the units we sell, and not mean to replace a proper fit test.
