No, in fact it's not even that close. You would likely need to use a 7/8" shackle, connected to a 1/2" shackle which would then connect to your turnbuckle. Or, you can terminate the cable directly into the anchor and use the turnbuckle at the opposite end of your cabling system, if that's an option for you.
