The spec sheet says 20.48" fully open.
To get a shipping rate, simply add your item(s) to the shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Once on the checkout page, simply enter your destination zip code and you will see all available shipping options. You DO NOT need to enter your billing information to get a shipping rate.
