There is not a completely accurate response to this question due to many variables, but we can tell you that Crosby Clips, when properly installed, yield an efficiency rate of 80% for wire rope sizes 1/8" - 7/8". So for this cable, assuming all installation is done correctly, you should expect a Breaking Strength of approximately 57,280 lbs (this is 71,600 x 0.8). If you use a lesser clip, or not enough clips, or do not install per manufacturer guidelines, your Breaking Strength could be much less.
