That is a little tough to answer, but I can tell you that for me, that same measurement is 8.5" and I wear an XL in pretty much every glove. Now cotton chore gloves do tend to break in over time, so depending on how you like them to fit, you could possibly be either a LG or XL. For me, the LG is simply too short. Hope this helps.
