Is there a patch kit for this material? Or, how does one go about repairing rain pants in particular?

I'm sorry Kathy, but I'm unaware of any parts kit for this rain gear. Also the mfg. recently changed (same gear, new name), so that makes getting info a little more tricky. We do have a request in though and if we hear anything we will let you know.
