We're not 100% sure what you're talking about, perhaps the yellow on page safety warning we have. Basically we're just trying to communicate that with any climbing endeavor, mistakes can happen, and those with no training should think twice about simply "strapping on some spurs" and heading up a tree. There are many homeowners that get a bid from a local arborist for tree removal, and they feel like the price is too high, and they can do it on their own. They come to a shop like ours to buy the gear, and of course, there's a lot of risk baked into that decision. Now that said, we sell quality gear that performs well. So if someone has training and they do things properly, our gear is very safe to use.
