Yes, it's sad but true. MacLean (the manufacturer of Duckbill products) had a price increase in July, and while some items were marginally affected, some increased dramatically, and these kits were one of those items. All of our pricing is based on cost--we held off raising our prices while we had old stock, but once new stock came in, we had to account for the increased cost.
