Would this chain be okay for an outdoor swing bed? The weight load is approx. 650 lbs or less. Four chains @ 7ft to distribute the weight.

While we do not have any official spec for this application, we can say that this chain has a strength far in excess of what you're looking for, and most likely the chain that would ship with such a bed would be substantially weaker.
