Yes, it comes with everything pictured: cardboard box (just for packaging), storage bag, the chain itself, the chafe sleeve and the Viro 4126 padlock.
What are the contents of "Chain in a Box". We were thinking of ordering the 3/8" x 9ft chain & we are hoping it included the chafing sleeve, as well as the lock as the picture shows. Please confirm. Pewag 3/8" (10mm) x 9ft Security Chain-In-A-Box Kit
