The way this sling is sewn, especially in a short length like 3ft, you'd be better off going with a Polyester Round Sling. Otherwise, the sling will be quite stiff and you will apply a load to the spliced area (where the layers are sewn together) and this is not recommended. We're not saying the sling wouldn't hold, we're just saying that going with a more flexible sling would be preferred.
