This chain alone is about 1-3/8" without the sheath, so we're going to say likely no it will not fit, but it "might". It depends on how true the dimensions are for a given piece of chain, and whether or not your 1-3/8" hole can be modified in the slightest to allow the chain to pass through. All three brands of 3/8" security chain we offer have a very similar spec for overall width of about 1-3/8". This includes Pewag, Laclede and Abus. You may need to step down to a 9/32" security chain, or perhaps, 5/16" G100 (not ideal, but a lot of people use G100 or G120 for security, even though it's not as hard as a true security chain).
