It appears we have a few of these hooks within the company, likely no more than 3 pieces in the northeast. We also checked the BKLK version (very similar but slightly different) but no luck on those either. It appears we may also have a few of the Crosby S-13326 in stock in 5/8", no more than a few pieces total. You can view that item here.
