The recommended bolt diameter is 1-1/2".
Due to variability in base structure material, bolt material, length, and thread sizes, Bishop Lifting considers the bolts used to anchor the plate mounted pad eyes as part of the base structure. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the bolts chosen are properly tightened/pre-loaded to handle the loads on the pad eye.
