Here is the response we received from the factory: This cuter is designed for cutting steel wire rope, copper & aluminum cable, not for solid steel bar. If that does not answer your question well enough, please let us know and we'll push for more information. It's like we will need specifics on exactly what you're cutting so we can share that information with the factory.
