Great question! Crosby makes it pretty easy because the "J" frame size that you pointed out gives you the quick answer. The standard latch would be part number 1096562, which is the S-4320 flipper latch. There is a more expensive, heavy-duty latch available too if you want to go that route. Please see chart below.
