Here is the response from the engineering team @ Maasdam / Pull'r.
We do not have this certification. Under the ANSI Spec there are two parts which we can verify one of the two.

- Load Capacity rated 125% of load--we do conform to this guideline.
- 1:4 Capacity Factor--In essence this states that a 3 ton (6000lbs) unit would need to have a max factor of 12,000 lbs. We do not have the equipment to test for this requirement and have not found a testing facility that has the equipment to test up to this 12,000 lb weight capacity.
