I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS CABLE HAS A MINIMUM DRUM SIZE REQUIREMENT, AS I AM LOOKING TO USE IT WITH A HAND WINCH WITH A DRUM THAT IS 5+ INCHES IN DIAMETER.

That should be fine. For the sake of comparison, Warn's M12 winch, which takes 3/8" line, has a drum diameter of only 3.5 inches. Ideally, the manufacturer of the hand winch should be able to provide guidance on what size of cable to use.
