Does this have have any sort of brake in it? If I tie in to a tree top to pull it over I normally get the rope taught, make my notch., then tighten up for the final pull. I'd hate to tighten up and it loosen up while I'm making my notch. Also, the batteries look to match my Stihl batteries. Are they interchangeable? View answer

I plan on anchoring a 40 foot container on each corner and pouring 20 inches thick concrete with the shaft of the anchor running through the concrete and then welding a plate of steel to the shaft then welding the container to the plate. The anchor would be going straight down. Would this work? View answer
